PROTOTYPES

3D scanning for prototypes and product samples

Prototypes often exist only as a single physical object — hand-shaped, 3D printed and sanded, or modified on the bench until they were right. Scanning turns that one-of-a-kind object into a digital file you can archive, share, and keep iterating from.

Send us photos of your prototype, get a quote, and ship it after approval. We capture it with structured-light 3D scanning and return the original along with clean STL or OBJ files.

BEFORE YOU SHIP

Fragile or one-of-a-kind prototypes get special attention: tell us about delicate surfaces when you submit, and we'll review handling before anything ships. Scanning captures visible surface geometry — very fine textures or flexible materials may need review first.

Ready to scan your part?

Send us a few photos, rough dimensions, and what you need the file for. We'll review your part and send back a quote.

Quote first — nothing ships until your project is approved.
