SURFACE PREP
Prep is never an extra charge
If your part needs light, paint-safe prep — matte spray or tracking dots on glossy, transparent, dark, or reflective surfaces — we only use it when required, at no extra charge. You certify prep is okay (or decline it) when you approve your quote.
SHIPPING
Shipping confirmed at quote
Shipping and return shipping details are confirmed during the quote process, before you send anything. Your part is returned after scanning.
GOOD TO KNOW
Scanning has practical limits
Scanning captures visible surface geometry — internal features, threads, and very fine details may not capture fully. We flag anything like this during review, before you commit.
There’s no automated checkout — every project is quoted individually from your photos and details, so the price reflects your actual part rather than a guess.
