3D scanning for replacement parts
When a part is discontinued, obsolete, or simply unavailable, capturing its geometry is the first step toward any replacement effort. ScanMyPart digitizes existing physical parts into clean mesh files you can measure against, reference, and work from.
This is especially useful when the part has curves, contours, or compound surfaces that are difficult to measure with hand tools. Ship the part in after your quote is approved, and get back an aligned, to-scale STL or OBJ file plus the original part.

A scan captures the part as it exists today — including wear and damage. Hidden geometry, internal features, and threads may not be fully captured, and mesh repair of broken areas is coming soon. We review every part from photos so you know what the scan will and won't capture before you ship.
